Tips to prevent Piles
You can most easily prevent piles by maintaining a healthy diet and exercising regularly. Piles are exacerbated when you pass hard stools since they scrape the swollen skin and make it hard for the body to heal itself. You have to soften your stools to let them pass more easily and the best way to do this is to add fiber and water to your diet and minimize your intake of junk food. When you have softer, more easily passed stools, the little piles that simply accrue over time will go away on their own and you’ll never even notice they were there, let alone have them flare up or start bleeding. Exercising regularly is also a good way to keep your system going. Even something as simple as going on walks is a great way to keep your digestive system moving which means your body will have an easier time getting rid of the waste materials efficiently. If you work in an office and have to sit down a lot, make sure to take breaks and go on a walk sometimes, even if it’s just around the office or outside around the building. Keeping that area clean is another way to help prevent piles. Maintain good hygiene and let your body do the work it’s meant to do.
